Wunderbar

The sun's out, I'm feeling considerably better than I did yesterday, and it's the opening day of the Frankfurt market. The usual reindeer burgers and dunkel beers are on offer, while someone tragically decided that it would be a good idea to wash them down with a German singer covering Cliff Richard songs (imagine Mistletoe & Wine being warbled by General von Klinkerhoffen, and you're on the right track).

Still, plenty of seasonal cheer about in the cold November sunshine, even if the barman does appear to have a Gestapo officer lurking behind him, taking notes fur das Vaterland...
