Today has brought a ridiculous amount of “stuff” to the Wilson household.
The new seduction induction cooker arrived and the old gas one taken away which meant lots of wiring in and fitting and leveling for yours truly.
As you may know these hobs require iron based cookware, so Soozy picked up a couple of new bits and bobs yesterday to get us started, but the most important of all, the new induction friendly stove top Bialetti coffee maker arrived.
We made some sourdough in the new oven and it was baked to perfection and had a coffee along with the still warm bread….best of all, nothing went bang!
