Busy birds

There is a bit of competition between the neighbour and I with regard to the number of bird feeders in our gardens. Last year I had no competition as the previous neighbour didn't bother with feeding the birds. But the current neighbour had a very fancy contraption with multiple feeders, however the birds don't seem to have been won over. They still keep visiting my traditional style feeder.

Any idea what sort of birds this is, as I get lots of them and no idea!
