Mina
Son2 and I spent the morning having a fantastic falconry experience. It was beautifully crisp and sunny and when we arrived we were treated to tea, coffee and home-made lemon sponge cake on Sally, the falconer's, patio while her collection of birds of prey looked on from their perches. We then got to meet them, handle them, take photographs, and then headed round to the field to fly them. It was amazing! Pictured is Mina the Indian Brown Wood Owl who we all fell in love with.
More here, if of interest.
