The Skills Show

What an amazing day at the NEC for the UK Skills Show. Such talented people demonstrating skills in things I know little about...robotics, mechatronics, CAD and CAM, carpentry, construction, cookery, hairdressing, computer programming, media...seriously, a fab day of impressive displays. And I made a plane! And had ice cream for breakfast! This was a floristry competition entry...wow!

Now home to Paul's new house and new carpets throughout (courtesy of his school!) and gin and tonic, yummy food in the oven and strictly on the TV.
