Ruins

Nice to have a sunny day again, even though the gales are still blowing. Really heavy rain showers this evening!

Up early and set off up to Unst to see my sister Julie and her family and also friends too. The two ferry crossing to get to Unst were fairly smooth even though it's been windy and same back home again. My sister's house was a buzz of activity with some of her friends around and their bairns and my sister's bairns all running around :)

Now if the question, do I be good and stay in tonight or head out for a pint? Think a pint might win lol

Shame to see this lovely old house abandoned and left to rot. Think it may have been the manse house for this abandoned old Methodist kirk and note another abandoned kirk to the left of the house. This was taken in Baltasound, Unst.
