Jill .....

It's been a long day at work for me today so it's another portrait for the black door series.

Today I took two portraits, Barney who was wearing a Batman T-shirt and who ( despite his expression in my photo ) had a wonderful smile, even when I asked him if he was from Australia ( he's from New Zealand, doh ! ).

I've known Jill for quite a long time and we spent many years attending the same life drawing class together. Jill has a wonderfully naughty sense of humour ( all delivered with a very innocent tone ), when I asked Jill if I could take her portrait her first reaction was " Do you have a comb I can borrow" :) her next was " You're not going to put this on Ilkley housewives.com are you ? ".

I could have blipped either of the portraits but there has already been a Super hero in front of a black door on blip today and Jill's sense of humour shone through, so today's blip is .....
