Birthday boat

Today we visited our good friends in Croydon - for their youngest daughter's 2nd birthday. We had a fantastic lunch at Little Bay restaurant which is done out in the style of the theatre, complete with theatre boxes that you can sit and eat in plus lots of red and gold trimmings. (A bit like Sarrastro in Covent Garden where we once ate a nice meal.) Very ornate. But the best thing - the food was delicious.

We were all stuffed after lunch and then of course trooped up the hill back home and promptly ate some Zoe Zebra birthday cake!

R was T's best man at our wedding so his best friend I guess. I like this shot of the two of them with a boat suspended above their heads - strange!
