Cartmel

We took a little trip to Cartmel today. It is a beautiful tiny town which is a culinary delight. L'Enclume happens to be the number one restaurant in The Good Food Guide, Restaurant of the year 2013, is run by The Best Chef... And I still haven't been.
Cartmel is also home to Cartmel Sticky Toffee Pudding and Cartmel Cheese, I have been to both of those.

It is also about to be home to a very tiny holiday home, refurbished by The Dazzler, owned by Tiree and Sam from Crosthwaite House so I know it will be just beautiful.

I can't wait.
