Beak to Beak

The tender side of the Contraptioneer. Gracie trusts him implicitly. He plays with her head and feathers during the morning preening session and she just eats it up. We know the morning has begun, when Gracie flies from her perch to the bed. She sits on his chest while he inspects her head feathers for ones that haven't opened. Then, he pops them open as her parent bird, or mate would do in the wild. Even making her look like an owl, (my personal favorite) doesn't rattle her.
