Day 52

"Halloween," otherwise known as a day in which I attempted to write a paper, and was largely unsuccessful.

We spent the day at a coffee shop, grabbed dinner at a nearby restaurant, and then got ready for CEU's Halloween Party at the residence center.

Thanks to Caelie, I was able to pull together a last minute "costume" and be a raspberry.

When we first got there, the music and dancing wasn't too great. I escaped out to the deck for some air and space. (So many people here smoke, so I end up looking relatively awkward, standing outside and looking around aimlessly.) Once Caelie and I found some Gender Studies students, things perked up. For it moment, it felt like I was back at a Swarthmore party (something I really miss, because I have had little success finding good dancing in Budapest).
