BBQ Vietnamese style

This is the dinky little terra cotta BBQ we bought in Vietnam.
It's our first time cooking on it, rib eye steaks at the ready.
Hope the neighbours aren't smoked out, we're not allowed BBQs on our balcony, but it's the utility balcony so they may not notice.......here's hoping
