Simple pleasures.

A pleasant walk on the beach in Seaham this afternoon, mainly to get some sea air in Archies lungs so he doesn't creep into our bed at silly o'clock!
I have always loved the sound and motion of the sea so here is a bit of the North Sea.
Pot roast in, wine chilling.....need there be more!!???
