Piethorne

Blew (and washed) the cobwebs away with a walk in the Piethorne Valley. There are several Victorian reservoirs (I've previously blipped Ogden) surrounded by moorland and I nearly chose the lovely Old House Ground wood with its old mossy trees and carpet of autumn leaves. In the end I chose this shot of the path at Piethorne Reservoir - I like the way it snakes its way around the top end where it meets Hanging Lees Reservoir.
