Injustice

The Sky Blues were cruelly robbed of a win at Bradford today. Coventry scored twice in the first 7 minutes (too early, I always think) but Bradford came back to 2-2. Then, just before half time our young striker Callum Wilson scored a great third goal. We defended the 3-2 lead for the entire second half but the referee spoiled the day by awarding a penalty in the 5th minute of the allocated 4 minutes of injury time, from which Bradford equalised. It felt like a defeat.

Despite that it was an enjoyable trip to Bradford, other highlights of which were the beers at the Corn Dolly pub and the chicken balti pie just before kick off.
