Old Mill

Today was the annual gathering of the Scottish Scout Active Support Unit that I am involved with. Active Support Units are what replaced Scout Fellowships a few years back. Our unit supports Scottish Scouting, mainly on a national level. If the meeting was anything to go by we are certainly active! Lots of event support, marquee hires and so on throughout the year.

The hotel the meeting was in was an old mill and had some interesting features. We stayed there, as did most people for a social in the evening. Very rare for us to have a get together with no Scouts!

The meal was pretty poor to average but the company was good, excellent night was had........too excellent for some as you will see by tomorrows blip!
