Anyone that knows me knows i love my food and how i love to have a go at cooking different things. I went to work last night and got rave reviews about my mince pies, and one girl has even offered to pay me to make some for her!! I decided on waking today to make another batch, and whilst they were cooking i sat down with a coffee to leaf through some of my back copies for inspiration as i have my 2 best friends coming to eat this week, both on separate nights. . My perfect way to relax and unwind. :-)
