In between races...

Abbie studying and making her homework in the sports hall next to the swimming pool in Nijlen at the second day of races. Abbie was in the pool again at 7.30 am. Abbie was quite pleased, she improved her 100 m free style PB with 12 seconds and set a new time for the 50 m butterfly.
Pippa's fortunes were mixed, a PB on her 100 m backstroke - but a disqualification in the 100 m breaststroke (SW 7.3a - not bringing hands forward at the same time)...
