The Falkirk Wheel

I joined 13 running buddies at the Falkirk Wheel. 5 of us went off to run 10 miles while the rest did 4. We ended up only doing 8 miles as we got lost at one point. Not one of us could read a map!!!! Anyway a great day was had by all and the cake and coffee was a great treat at the end.
