Red Dublin Bay Roses

For my 100 th blip birthday I showed my hundred roses. Here is the what the roses looked like a few weeks ago. I said I would put another photo up to show what developed. Many of the buds are now out, and we have been picking these roses. This is my favour spot for our morning coffee.

Can anyone help me. I have found I can only photo these roses before the sun hits them which before morning coffee. Otherwise they get an almost pink mauve look. what is happening and is there an answer?
