Last Minute

The city of Oaxaca de Juarez is hosting the XII World Congress of Organization of World Heritage Cities, beginning tomorrow, Monday. This city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. So, in preparation for the week long festivities, workers are frantically repairing broken sidewalks and painting buildings.
I think they should have started this project 2 or 3 years ago!

It's also interesting to see how things are done.
