Tuna hot dish

When I was growing up, my mother always fixed a big Sunday dinner. Usually, roast beef, fried chicken, meatloaf, or pork chops. It was a weekly ritual. And, one that I enjoyed very much. Now that I'm older, I don't see the need to do that every Sunday. I do try to fix a really nice dinner at least two or three times a week, but see no reason why it has to be on Sunday. Quite often, it's on Saturday, Monday, or Wednesday night. Sundays we usually go low key.
