Smart Phones

In this day and age, technology has given us many ways to stay connected. You can see just a few on my smart phone -
When you're away from family and friends, Skype is a great way to communicate with audio and video. (Grandmas like to see their kids and grand kids, not mentioning any names!) Facebook, Twitter and games like Words With Friends keep us connected with family, friends and acquaintances. Email, texting, and chats have replaced letters and phone calls. And, then there's Blipfoto - a great way to meet new friends and stay connected with a visual diary of daily life.

I do love the modern ways to stay connected, but best of all is a good ol' fashioned face-to-face visit over a cup of coffee (or tea).
