Touch and Go

On my way home from Temuka this afternoon I spied a large Jet flying into Timaru Airport,it was the USAF C17 Globe Master. It did a circuit and lined up for the runway then aborted,then it came around again hitthe runway and took off again without landing,this continued for a third time landing hard enough for smoke to come off the tyres and then with a raw of its engines it off into the wild blue yonder.
