New Tricks

Dennis Waterman hitched a ride with some bikers who were coming off this bridge in an episode of New Tricks a few weeks ago.

It is a wonderful multi-span iron bridge just outside San Enrique. We were passing over it on our 25 km ride this morning, in glorious sunshine.

Tonight we are off to a party in La Cala to celebrate the 65th birthday of the husband of a colleague from school. Really looking forward to that.

And tomorrow I am having my first experience of the "mix ins" at padel. I get partnered with someone I have never met before and we play two other possible strangers. Talk about dropped in the deep end.

This old dog has learned a few new tricks in the past year.
