Strange Phenomena...

Back Blipped 18.11.13

David was up and away by 7am this morning to his annual trip to the Lake District with a group of pals. Hill climbing planned weather permitting, but mainly relaxing, eating and drinking. I got up not long after he left but lazy bones Alan stayed in bed till almost lunchtime.

Ele arrived early evening as she’s staying with us till David gets back on Sunday, to have a bit of a girly weekend with me give me a hand with Alan.

I was just closing the curtains in the living room when I realised the garden had turned the strangest colour of deep pink. I looked at the sky and this is what I saw. I knew it would only last seconds so no time to get my camera so got to the back door and snapped this on my phone instead. I haven’t done anything to the colour, this really was exactly as I saw it. Have witnessed something similar here before. Very bizarre.
