tractor pull
Seven teams took turns to haul a three-ton lifeboat-tractor in aid of Scarborough RNLI’s £200,000 Supacat appeal. The teams of six paid an entry fee and were sponsored to boost the fundraising effort. The event, compered by Tony Peers, took place on the West Pier, next to the lifeboat station. The team which took the least time to pull the tractor a short distance was from Body Complete. The other teams were South Bay Scuba, Sub Aqua Club, Aprilis, Asquith & Co, Compass gym and lifeboat crew (pictured). The total raised is not yet known.
