Baking Day

Inspired by my attempts at baking when I was in the USA, I thought I would have a go. So off I went to creat chocolate chip and pecan cookies, which actually taste ok and then left the bread maker to creat ciabatta, which tuned out as shown. Not too sure that is supposed to happen.

Will have to get practicing more with the bread maker, I think!

Right now off to circuit training followed by a swim session.
