Early Bird Gets the Worm

The only positive thing about having crappy camping neighbors was that they would wake me up in time to watch the sunset over the lake at our campsite. Truly amazing. You wake up and there is this low, rolling fog over the lake. The fish in the lake are jumping out of the water one after another to get their morning fill of bugs. You could sit on your own personal mini dock and see 50+ fish jumping out in just half in hour. You hear a splash and your eyes immediately scan to see the source of the noise just in time to see the body of the fish on its way back down. Eventually you need to go lie back down because it is just too early to up on vacation. You lie in your sleeping bag and go from watching, to just listening to the fish jumping.
