Working?

Not the usual blip I'd post, but this did amuse me. In the 10 mins these guys were in view of me 2 of them moved one kerb stone on to the back of the truck, and that was it! Maybe that's quite a lot for county council. The only one working here is the one stopping the truck from rolling away lol :-)
