A lost Bond Book

I was up the attic a few days ago and came across 'Scorpius' a John Gardner book about Bond, James Bond, 007.
I'm sure I must have read it years ago but I don't know why it's up in the attic, I have all of my bond books, videos, cars etc. in my room so they don't suffer from damp etc.
The pages are yellowing but so far, I'm up to the 45th page, it's shaping up to be a good read.
