Boarding for Brodick

We spent the weekend on Arran. It was a bridge congress with nearly a hundred people playing cards in a hotel at Blackwaterfoot.

Most went by this ferry from Ardrossan across to Brodick, sailing through the twilight - and here are the first passengers boarding. Meeting up with old friends on the boat made a friendly start to the weekend.
