...gliding through the water

having no idea - just how lovely they were - reflected in the sunlight - sparkling like glistening jewels - as the colors bounced off the water in shimmering detail - it was a magical moment - lasting but a sheer matter of minutes as the shadows encroached - the sun moved - then the moment was gone - the water back to silky smoothness - the swirling colors erased as if they never were - it's one of those times - i'm glad i had my camera with me - to be able to capture a specific moment - one you have to see to appreciate -

other than cropping slightly - i've done nothing to change the wonderful hues and colors of this shot - it's as glorious as it was when i laid eyes on it - and the ducks were gliding through that strip of sun - making for...
