With the help of a sleeping tablet I survived very well the twelve hour flight

I knew I was in a different environment as at passport control the nice lady looking at my passport - i never get niceties normally - offered me a sweet and they had a little sweet wrapper bin right next to the sweets - welcome to singapore!!!!!

Rushed down to China town just as it was getting dark we got lured in by the local tailor and now have someone rushing to make us tailored clothes before we depart on Thursday - expensive so I hope its worth it especially as it's on my credit card

I relented and am sitting in a sea creature Chinese restaurant trying not to look at the live creatures and upsetting the waiter by just ordering rice!!
