Switchfoot

Cheryl and I went to Spirit Fest DFW two weekends ago and saw some great bands. The concert was held in the Rangers' Stadium and it was quite unusual to see a stage in the middle of the ball field.

We were fortunate to be in a suite behind home plate, thanks to another teacher's husband who has a prominent position with the Rangers. Thanks Sean! The view was amazing and the suite was wonderful!

Sean also took us back stage and to an autograph session with the band Switchfoot. These guys were amazing! From left to right, the lead guitarist, keyboard/guitar player, Cheryl, Chris, bass player, and drummer. The lead singer was warming up and couldn't make the session. He is the brother of the bass player.

We had a fantastic time at Spirit Fest DFW!!
