Holiday Idyll

We're not in the holiday spirit yet - still working away but in a more relaxed way. BB has cut and strimmed the grass, made damson 'cheese' which is a type of jam, I think, made bread and rolls, gone to the shops and walked the dog.

I've diddled on my laptop for most of the day.....but we are getting a bit slower, just slowing down a little

The Wonder Dog discovered today that cows don't run away like sheep. He rushes at them, they stand still, he turns away pretending he didn't mean it. Like he's had a sort of accident and if he could he would have a bit of a red face.

Paella tonight - that Highland speciality.

Could be worse......
now's she started making soda bread.
