Saint Joan of Ark Basilica, Paris

On my way to my theatre rehearsal last night (as I'm blipping this on Tuesday...)

I didn't want to go yesterday. I didn't have the energy to do the commute (one and a half-hour each way); I texted my director to tell him I wouldn't be there, but he was able to convince me. He suggested that I join him as he was to go by car from Paris. On my way to our appointment, I discovered this neo-roman basilica that I had no idea existed.

I thought my blip for yesterday would be more theatricals, but our props were nowhere to be found, so it would have made for very empty pictures... So the basilica became my first choice! ;-)
