Bliss

Briefly out and about on the west side of Oxford. Bliss Mill in Chipping Norton is always a dramatic sight - although I don't think I've blipped it before.

Was originally a tweed mill, but has more recently been converted into flats - glad they decided to hang on to the chimney.
