Getting ready

We're getting 2 kittens tomorrow and Henry is taking our preparations very seriously. He spent about half an hour checking over the cat carrier, putting bowls in ("for the food mummy") and at one point the gruffalo, big bird and wooly the sheep were in there too!

He's slept through for the past 2 nights so I'm wondering what tonight will bring. He's never slept through for more than 2 nights in a row so I'm not expecting too much, particularly as my heating has broken and I don't know whether the plumber is going to make it here this evening.
