Statue of Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman

On the way into the town centre today we passed this fine statue of Campbell Bannerman which stands at the foot of the Back Walk and I thought it looked quite imposing against these bare trees and under a fine autumn sky.
Campbell Banerman was MP for Stirling for nearly 40 years and was Prime Minister for 3 years before his death in 1908.
