Dashing from school to L's tap lesson, I had to stop and get this picture of the sun setting. The colours were amazing.

1st day of operation get fit - I went for a 2 mile run while L was at her dance class. It was very peaceful and quiet trotting down the tow path, plus i forgot my headphones so no tunes to listen to. I hadn't realised how much I huff and puff while out running!!!
