Veggie Peelings

Made vegetable and bean soup for dinner tonight.

In my soupy excitement, I mistook the Polish instructions serves 4-5 people to mean soak for 4-5 hours when preparing the beans... turns out they need a full 12 hours soaking time, so they were still rather hard when dinner time arrived! Next time I'll know ;)
