New boots

So last week I popped into the discount shoe shop in town on the off chance.
"Do you have any ladies size 9s" I ask.
"Oh yes" she replies "One pair but they are purple!"
Indeed they are AND they fit AND they are sooooo comfy AND they are DMs AND they were discounted (what with it being the discount shoe shop).
I have learnt my lesson though and have not photographed them on the table especially for my friend Jayne ;-)

In other news, we had a lady from the Food Bank come to talk to our Brownies about what they do and how they work as part of a badge. She was very good and the girls seemed really interested so that was even better!
