Madness and more

Well it was one of those sleepless nights that lead to a day of madness and breakdowns.

Some things are just starting to take over my life at the mo in a bad way - and preventing me from sleeping always ends in disaster!!

Had a bit of a breakdown today! Cried and still felt poop after it all!! Hoping tomorrow is a better day!
