The golden season

When I was a busy newspaper photographer, I always saw the colours of Autumn around me as I went to and fro about my work, but had little time to take pictures. I always promised myself I'd do some pics tomorrow... Then a week would pass. Then a bit of stormy weather would blow in, and all the leaves would blow away. Darn it, next year then I'd say to myself. <br />
Now I'm freelance, with my own free time, I'm indulging myself with visits to the Forest of Dean, to enjoy Nature's glorious 'light show'. Aside from the impending Winter months, Autumn season is a treat for the eye like no other. <br />
I hope I'll get the chance to revisit the forest while it's such a golden place.
