Time to Work

Our Californian friend, Susie, bought the penthouse apartment above ours earlier this year, and arrived down with us this November to furnish it and get it functional. The very first thing she did was establish her work station in a corner of the living room. Susie writes software and is on call to her customers in the US from 3pm till after midnight every day, so keeping the work wheels oiled was a priority. Tonight we christened the apartment with some fine white burgundy and she was persuaded to take a brief break from her duties.
