Looking Through the Railings
After waking to see a heavy frost I discovered it was more likely a small sprinkling of snow. This would be the first snow in Aberdeen this winter, a few days later than last year. However little snow there is on the ground, it was very cold, but sunny. Given the clear skies we can expect more of the same tomorrow presumably.
The photo shows a look through the railings to St Nicholas Kirk, the autumn leaves are almost all gone. A few weeks ago this view would have seen only leaves.
A coffee at John Lewis in the afternoon, with a fruit tart of course. Later on I met friends at the Prince of Wales and then went for dinner at the Mariner. An evening in the warmth in good company.
