Issue with drainage pipe running along the footing

Found an issue with the drainage pipes as they were running along the footing.

The plumber made a mistake as he measured the pipes from the wrong set out stake. Luckily the plumber was onsite at the time when the trenches were dug up and he quickly went to bunnings and lagged the pipe with foam.
