Not Just Books

An over stimulating day spent in Asheville, NC. Starting with a visit to Biltmore House and Gardens - the summer residence of the Vanderbilts, which was very impressive to say the least; then into town to the Battery Park Book Exchange & Champagne Bar where this blip of Erin was taken, seen here snacking on summer sausage, sheep milk Manchego cheese, olives, crackers and Lusty Monk Mustard, before dinner at Farm Burger, featuring 100% grass-fed beef burgers and finishing off with a liquid chocolate truffle drink "to die for" at The Chocolate Lounge. Words, nor pictures can do this day justice - it just has to be experienced!
