The good old chugga-chug days
It was beautiful sunny weather in Sheringham and I was glad I'd accompanied Fred to see his parents in the caravan by the coast. After the dogs had licked our ears clean, we walked along the beach and up to the hill above the golf course. There, we watched paragliders and admired the view. Fred and I left his parents for the afternoon and headed off to Holt on the steam train. I've been on the train before, but it's always a treat to see chug along the countryside spotting the windmill and the old rolling stock. We had a cup of tea at Holt and returned via an old diesel train. A walk up Beeston Hill brought us swallows and butterflies before heading down to the caravan for a feast and some Scrabble.
